Deposit

A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposit terms

Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Missed appointments

Missed appointments are charged 100 percent of the service price.

Late arrival

Arriving 15 minutes late will add a late fee to your balance.

Cancellation for lateness

Appointments are cancelled when arrival is more than 15 minutes late.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed. After that, a new appointment must be booked.

Advance notice

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Guests

Extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments.
